Davis is a registered Vascular and General Ultrasound Technologist that graduated from West Coast Ultrasound Institute upon completion of formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography and Vascular Sonography programs. Throughout his career, Davis has worked in multiple clinical settings around Arizona, assisting Vascular Surgeons and Cardiologists with setting up their Vein Treatment Centers for minimally invasive endovenous ablation treatments to help patients suffering of chronic venous insufficiency. Davis has also performed mobile ultrasound screening services in the states of California, New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, Oklahoma, and Texas. Davis is the owner of Second Chance Health Screenings, an ultrasound company that is dedicated to providing on-site ultrasound services to vascular offices around Arizona. He has helped achieve American College of Radiology (ACR) and Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) accreditation’s, including the first IAC accredited Vein Treatment Center in the state of Arizona.

His significant experience assisting Vascular Surgeons & Cardiologists with the accurate diagnosis and treatment of complex venous and vascular disease using ultrasound, has motivated Davis to continuously stay up to date on the latest technologies and medical research. Davis is a firm believer in continued education, and he currently holds four certifications through the internationally recognized CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International), and ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers). He is currently the only registrant in the state of Arizona to hold both the RVS and RpHS certifications.

When asked about the importance of credentialing, Davis says,“Patients and Physicians rely on the expertise of us, as Sonographers, to accurately decipher symptoms and find what is causing them, in hopes to ultimately improve the quality of life of our patients through our imaging. As a Sonographer, it is imperative that you are an expert in your field, and credentialing plays a vital role in that. To achieve and maintain a credential means not only that you have a high level of understanding in the specific area you are credentialed, but that you have dedicated yourself to continuously learning and growing with the industry to maintain that credential through continued education. This instills confidence in the Physicians that rely on our medical imaging, and reassures our patients that those post-nominal initials we carry, are more than just letters; they are an unspoken promise to our patients that we will always strive to learn and grow in our field to provide the best care possible for them”. In his time away from work, Davis enjoys spending quality time with his wife Gina and their daughter Haiden, serving in his church, and traveling with his family.
